Both clients and trainers seem to have distinct preferences for how they start/stop/interrupt their cardio session on a treadmill. Do you "hop" on or off the side rails? Do you stay put and let the treadmill begin rolling to start and then let it put on the brakes for you at the end?
Great day indeed! A new milestone in my life, 49 years old, March 31st...This has been an incredible journey, along the road there have been pitfalls, successes, milestones, triumph's, downfalls, joy, peace, discontent, elation and sprinkle in a regret or two (but not many). We will actually do a pilates class using the pad
I hadn’t put much thought into the colors or design of my home until recently. My husband and I reno’d our bathroom and since then I’ve had the design bug. This urge to really make my home my sanctuary.
You may achieve success in your first attempt, yet most will accomplish true success from repeated efforts done consistently over and over again. If you can do it once, you can do it again. Keep doing it long enough, and it will become a part of you. Make success a part of YOU and it will never leave your side.

This week’s meditation – 13 Principles of Meditation
1) Set aside a special place for meditation - the atmosphere you build up will help to still your mind.
2) Choose a time when your mind is fairly free of everyday concerns - dawn and dusk are ideal.
3) Choosing the same time and place each day conditions the mind to slow down more quickly.
