I watched the "Today" show this morning and learned that Rosie O'Donnell had a heart attack last week. The worst kind. She had what is called a "widow maker" because it is the kind of heart attack that can kill you in a second. She was lucky, and survived. You can read all about it on her blog if you want. Her story is compelling.I know this subject is important. My father had a heart attack also. He was lucky, and survived. He is now 85 years old and still plays tennis.

Do something for yourself, go for a walk, join an exercise class, etc. I have recently lost 6 pounds and my goal is 10 pounds. My reward will be a massage!! Always be positive. Take one day, or minute, or even a second at a time.
