Here I am in the middle of my internship of my senior semester with 3 great kiddos, very active kiddos, a "perfect for me" boyfriend, and a business. How do I manage my internship, business, kids, and boyfriend and still stay sane? I have determined it's all about time management. Thankfully, my boyfriend and kiddos love each other which makes spending time with them that much easier. It's about prioritizing what must be done first and listening to the needs of each kiddo to make sure they are being met.
The best way to get results is to find yourself an accountability partner. This would be for any goal you are trying to reach, not just weight loss. You have to make sure it is someone that will be honest with you. This person has to almost make you feel bad about not holding true to your goals. You should feel guilty about messing up. In fact, you should feel this guilt prior to doing the action to hopefully help you to stop from making the wrong decision.
