I have lost 7 lbs. since last Monday following a slightly modified version of Jimi Varner's EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS PLAN diet. Low (almost no) carbs. No fruit, sugar, etc. Mainly green vegetables and lean meat. Eggs and bacon or ham for breakfast, snacks of unsalted, raw almonds. No wine (yes, slight modification I said!). It is not that rigid, or tough and the results are fantastic. I still have been doing my typical workout with a bigger push to challange my comfort zone. 7 lbs. in 7 days, not bad! Let's see what happens over the next few days!

Then try adding an alternate exercise or two. This will more than likely enhance your training experience. I mean even Arnold Schwarzenegger swam after weight training.
