Fall is, most definitely, my favorite time of year. The smell of fall in the air, the beautiful colors of the leaves changing, cooler weather, less bugs, oysters back in season, but most importantly(you probably guessed it), College Football!!!
Short and simple today:First of the morning is a great time to get a little burst of movement and get your metabolism revving. There is a lot of debate about whether you shoudl or shouldn't eat before a morning workout. My advice is to go with your gut on this one. If you feel light headed or sick then make sure that you take in something light for your body to function off of. If you have some energy and feel fine, then you can skip the early morning snack and just have a good breakfast after a workout. Always pay attention to your body.
Life can throw you down pretty hard. How YOU react to that is rooted in your eventual success. We all have things that jump in our way of what we want. Some are more serious than others. But the truth is, no one is perfect, no one is barrier-free. I've experienced disappointment, adversity and various physical issues lately myself. While disappointment can hurt, I want you to know that I am here still to guide you through your own obstacles to quitting smoking, losing weight, being more active, eating more healthy.
And remember, always warm up and cool down. Warming up at a slow pace will help prepare your joints, muscles and heart for exercise. Cooling down will prepare your body to return to a resting state, help prevent muscle soreness, and prevent illness and injury.

Client's tell me that they don't want to feel deprived by giving up unhealthy food and beverage items. They are putting everything into thier workouts, but aren't experiencing the optimal level of results correlated with time invested in exercise. I wish I could say that exercise is enough, however, when you don't make healthy food choices and serve yourself moderate portions you will become frustrated and perhaps give up exercise all together.
Dios:
