Day one of the convention was a blast up at 6 a headed to the convention hall and registered by 6:35a went over to the local Starbucks and enjoyed some breakfast and meet and greet with various attendee's shared the ALM Bubo with a few of the in line folks "man on the street" interviews LOL so fun then back to the convention center for the Zumba Training loads of fun. Well dinner just arrived so more tomorrow.

This morning's TRX class at IMX was wait-listed as usual, and what has become increasingly common throughout the summer months, we had only two out of a possible six members actually arrive. Many of my Thursday morning regulars are on vacation, especially now in late August when people are trying to savor the sweetness of the last few days of summer before school starts. Hannah went to heaven on July 4, 2011 and the pain I feel is so great. I have been waking up daily in tears knowing that I would not have to take her out for her potty and worry about water and food for her no more. No more trips to get her favorite ice cream, hamburgers and other goodies that she loved that I gave to her as her treat time. No more toys or balls for her to play with, no more vet visits or doggie day care or going to her favorite place to see her friends, the doggie park near our house.
