Lisa DeRosa's Blog

By Lisa DeRosa
The season is changing once again.  As usual, the Summer slipped by too quickly and Fall has hit us with our very first snowstorm.  I am not a winter girl;  I am not fond of cold air, I don't enjoy winter actvities and I miss the long days.  I'm sure that many of you are nodding your heads in agreement.  Let me continue then.

Tu pulso para rebajar

By Alice Ramos

Tough time of the year for calorie counting

By Beth Albert-Quinley
Fall descends like a blanket. Food can be such a comfort. It really soothes my soul. Until I find nothing fits. My approach to the holidays is already going in a different path this year! My birthday came and went and I didn't keep the cake after the day was over! I have not eaten any Halloween candy and will not even buy it unitl Monday. No temptations. I managed to drop 4.5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I am working out 1.5 hrs (at least) per day. I am feeling so strongj!!
