Triathlon - Olympische afstand

By Jetty Bolland

By Angela Levesque
Whether you suffer from a chronic illness or just interested in prevention, there are five key components to creating the optimal healing environment in the body.  Our body's have an innate healing ability.  We see an example of this when we cut ourselves, over a few days we can see the injury begin to disappear.   We have all types of self corrective mechanisms in the body and if the body is in a state of health then it is our normal state to self heal.  The problem lies when w

Smart Chicken Brats - What I had this July 4th:)

By Amy Scheuerell
Smart Chicken® Brats:Smart Chicken® brats are the closest thing you will taste to the “real thing,” without the artery clogging “saturated fat.” No kidding, to me they taste like the real deal! I should know, I am from Wisconsin and I am half-German! Ok so that does not really make me an expert – but it does sound  convincing – right!  Now, the true test would be offering one to my grandfather to see if he notices the difference!

To Tone Your Core, Start with Your Back First

By Lynsay Ryan
Crunches, curls and sit-ups may be standard workout fare in gyms, basements and living rooms across the land.  People get plenty of that movement in their daily lives. They say to get a really strong midsection the back of the body needs to be worked.
