Today I had a client who was running a little late to her next appointment, our one hour session was becomming a 30 minute session, and she was becomming concerned that we would not get to finish with an abdominal workout like we usually do. And she made the statement "Abs are my favorite part of the workout, because that's where I need the most help".

I've often wondered how I got so lucky getting paired with my clients. I truly look forward to seeing them, catching up with life happenings, finding out how they are feeling physically, emotionally, spiritually, and discovering how during this session I can be of the best service to them. Simply stated: I like them as people...not just clients.Over the years, however, I've been in the company of too many trainers who dread working with certain clients; just can't wait for the session to be over.

Hello all,I say all, but at this point there is just myself, hopefully that all changes very soon. I'm heading to Austin Texas next month to train at the Camp Gladiator Academy to become one of thier primary trainers, it's a two day intesive training session and at the end they will let you know if you have what it takes to be one of thier trianers. I know I have what it takes and I'm ready to knock them out, when I come back it's all about Camp Gladiator.
