BIG AND BOISTEROUS!

By Todd Werginz
So after months and years of training, injuries, SELF-DOUBT and excuses it ended up being about the journey after all. The conclusion of the marathon for me was really just  not about anything other than another run on another windy day. This day there happened to be 8000 others with me and that was a bit of a distraction, but it really was a little anti-climatic. The journey concluded yesterday with a $1.99 decal that is now in my glove compartment.

lovin the sunshine

By Jacob Geary
Some great weather we've had around Boiling Springs lately.  Went for a long run at Springville Meadows/South Middleton Park trail last night.  Gotta love seeing all the people and animals out and about along the trail and park and having such a great resource to use for recreation in our community.

HI!! I made an executive decision to NOT have a conference call this week for our "Sizzlin' in 6" contest. Too few contestants have been able to make the noon time slot. Instead I made you a couple videos!! Here are the direct You Tube links:  interval training video~

So little time to workout

By Kristal Bradshaw
Do you ever fell like you just don’t have the time to work out but then feel guilty because you didn't work out?I just recently discovered a new form of workout that takes only about 20 minutes and it is so intense that you only need to do it once a week to help increase your fat burning. What is this form of workout you say? It is called Tabata.A little history on Tabata:
