The medication puts you in a "stupor" and you don't want to do much of anything other than sleep. The meds also wreck havoc on other parts of your body. I drank at least 50 ounces of water within 5 hours, how much do I have to drink? I do plan to attempt to go for a run with one of my friends tomorrow morning. I hope this case of having to meet someone will get me out of this rut with the meds
Good bye, food pyramid! In early June, the USDA unveiled MyPlate--a graphic icon that depicts percentages of the recommended amounts of food variety on your plate.
