Do you know your trainer? Fitness professionals get a bad rap at times, and most of the time they’ve earned it. There are many trainers out there that are more interested in their self gratification rather than taking care what is most important, the client. I have sat back and watched trainers with their clients.
On April 7th and 8th, the Wholly Fit Team travelled to Fredericton to share our passion for educating, inspring, and equipping to women to be wholly fit - body, soul, mind and spirit. Even though it was cold outside, the women of this province warmed us with their hospitality and their readiness to learn and change. I know my "bad" eating habits. When I have time on my hands, that is when I am most likely to "blow it" in the calorie department. How do I combat this? Keep busy!! Clean those bedrooms, get at those winter dirty blinds, anything to keep my wandering mind off of food. It takes training and discipline. Both of which are works in progress! Do you agree? Most people I ask that question to, myself included, find them themselves having one side stronger than the other. People say, "I am in great shape right now, but I have let my spiritual life slide." Others feel very close to Christ, yet have way too much jiggling going on. What about you?
I really don’t like it when guys try to outrun me in a race just because I’m a woman. I am a very competitive person, but I don’t run or lift weight to compete with another human being. My training goal is to beat my last performance.
I believe that there comes certain times in your life where you are forced to make a choice. I also believe in fate. I believe that you meet certain people in your life for a reason. You actually might not even be aware of what those people can or will do for you at the time you meet them. Other times you just know that this "person" will have a profound effect on choices that you make going forward in your life.
