New Stuff

Hi all,I love to try new things and I am constantly looking for the next big thing! I am loving my TRX trainer and I am super excited for the certification next Saturday. I have started taking this supplement that is a Whole Food Health Optimizer. It replaces all need for vitamin, omega, fiber and calcium supplements. It tastes horrible but I am curious to see what result I get from it. I plan to have it as a meal replacement for 60 days so I will keep you posted.

Love on the Run

For anyone who has ever read my blog knows that I really try to encourage people to get all or at least part of their physical activity out in nature. I think that there are benefits beyond just the physical ones to being outside, however if you are going to exercise on a treadmill or stationary bike there are ways to make that time more useful.  Watching TV while exercising is not the way to go in my opinion, try doing one of these exercises instead;
