What workout should I do?

By Amber Jacobs
Maintaining a regular exercise program can be hard.  Do yourself a favor and choose a regimen that works with your personality type.  Knowing a little about yourself can mean a lot toward making or breaking a fitness goal.  Things like how to set goals and what type of workout you’ll enjoy are important for your success, and they’re easy to figure out if you know what signs to look for.  First, figure out what personality type you predominantly are.

Let me Check my Blood Pressure to see if we can go to Taco Bell

By Susan D'Alonzo
I'm in line at the pharmacy at CVS, there is a mom and daughter standing in front of me.The mom says, "Honey, stay here, I'm going to check my blood pressure".I'm thinking, oh good, a mom who is concerned about herself, and her health. That thought was totally destroyed when I then heard the mom say "Oh that's not bad, it's only 136 over 84, great! Now we can go to Taco Bell for the $5 meal!
