Your why isnt strong enough

“I’ll do it later.”, .. That’s your first problem we all want to be in better shape but the problem with a lot of us is our WHY isn’t strong enough. You say you want to “drop ten pounds preparing for summer” ok then what are you gonna do to make that happen? Let’s get serious about what we want to do make  list of things you want to accomplish and then get started taking the daily steps to see it happen another thing that will help you become more fit will be training for something, that way you can measure your progress. So let’s find something that you have always been interested in fitness modeling , Natural bodybuilding, basketball league, whatever it is lets peel ourselves from our couch, chair, floor, bed, whatever it is that s keeping you from living the life that you want to live if you need help hire a professional and let’s get moving!!

Carbohydrates

There are three types of carbohydrates monosaccharaides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides Making things simpler let’s group them in to two groups, simple and complex. Simple carbs have naturally occurring sugar found in fruit and milk ( fructose and lactose ) in addition to these there are refined sugar ( white and brown, honey, corn syrup etc. ) these would be the ones that you would want to cut back on because the cause blood sugar levels to spike. Complex carbohydrates are the one u want more of in your diet, (whole grains, beans , and peas, veggies, some fruits ) these are loaded with the vitamins and minerals plus dietary fiber that our bodies need to stay healthy. The reasons that carbohydrates are so important are because it’s what your body uses for energy when you eat your body converts the food into glucose. Our bodies will then uses the immediately for energy use if our blood sugar levels are low, or its stored in our liver and muscles and converted into glycogen for later use. If your glucose stores are full then the extra glucose is stored as body fat. So keeping a balance in your diets is critical for keeping fat off. Move around

Its important to stay active and fit, now being active and being fit are different a person that has a busy schedule day to day has a active lifestyle but they may leave little time to exercise to become more healthy.

The use/disuse principal is simple “use It or lose it” u must train your muscles to become stronger. Some people think that lifting weights may just be for body builders and athletes but resistance training can help you in everyday life carrying heavy bags of groceries u need a strong back, shoulders, biceps, forearms, and triceps and the best way to achieve this is through resistance training.

A good cardio workout goes a long way and you don’t have to hit the treadmill for hours to get the body you want 30min a day at least 3 days a week can have u shedding pounds in no time ( with the right diet of course ) and it’s the most inexpensive way to work out all you need is a pair of good running shoes and step outside and your at the gym, think of the last time you walked those steps and when you reached the top you wanted to call a medic to bring you oxygen, Cardio can save you the embarrassment of being lapped by the old lady in the walker. So take time to exercise people the time you spend watching TV can be turned into exercise time you can even do it in front of you TV while you watch you’ll get caught up on you shows and you help yourself live longer.
