I have been active all of my life including, competitive gymnastics, dance & running. Though I have struggled with weight from time to time. I have certainly learned that there is no such thing as a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I like to workout & motivate others to "MOVE IT". I also believe in variety when it comes to fitness. I preach & practice that it is always important to keep the body guessing and prevent boredom. I believe without exercise, people are inhibited from achieving and maintaining their health goals Remember, exercise should and can be fun! My specialty is corrective exercise and I enjoy helping others look & feel better. I currently train at Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center.
