Organic food expensive...really???

By alaldin benissa

Today I came across an article online about another food contamination in IKEA Stores, This really made me think why do people complain about organic food and how it is more expensive then so called Normal food (conventional GMO junk)...lets be honest if we bought the right amount of food we needed for our bodies to fully function healthy then we would not need to buy so much food and spend so much unnecessary money because honestly most of us who do average to no physical activities only need so much intake of nutrition per day for the body to function 100%...so why do we overload it with wasted nutrition and end up spending more money, wasting more food because we don’t end up eating all of it and then to top it off we complain about how organic food is to expensive for the average person. I personally love eating organic food and you know what it doesn't cost me a fortune every month, I eat what my body needs and everyday my body, mind and sprite feels great.

I must say this sad tragedy all falls on our shoulders because we decide what to buy and how much to buy and if we all stopped throwing our hard earned cash to so called cheaper normal food(not normal) we would all wake up the next morning feeling like superstars instead of spending the whole day complaining about headaches, stomach craps, mood swings and the list goes on……I will leave you with this simple advice "buy food your body needs and don’t spend it on what YOU want" so the next time your at your local grocery remembered these simple words and buy organic, you will see how your grocery bill is a lot smaller and cheaper without sacrificing your health.

Wishing you all the best of health always
