I've heard many people say they do not want to live to the age of 120. Why? Because most people link old age with illness, weakness, and a low quality of life. But I have come to offer a LOVE4LIFE!! You can live long and strong. We are supposed to be satisfied with long life, so why not take advantage of it? If you are with me, you want to know "Where do I begin?". It begins in the driving force of your life...your mind. If you believe there is a better life for you to attain, you will press towards it. If you know that you are capable of living a long and healthy life then you will do all you can to do so. Now, what's the next step? Making it happen! You may need a team, a group of people, or maybe just one person to agree with you and walk with you on this journey. Two is always beter than one. Begin with just doing one thing different, one healthy decision at a time will lead to a lifesytle change for a life time. For you it may be picking up a piece of fruit in the morning instead of a donut and a bottle of water instead of a soda. It may be going for a walk during your lunch hour instead of surfing the net.
