This breakfast will fill you up and rev start your metabolism for the day!
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (unsweetened)
1/3 scoop of whey protein (any flavor)
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish and cook on high for 2 minutes.
