Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Here is my newest creation for a quick and healthy stir fry-->I added lots of spices and hot sauce to make it nice and spicy. You can choose to add whatever spices and sauces you prefer. If you like soy sauce or teriyaki sauce then add that, just make sure it's low sodium! 

 

Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

  • Cover bottom of pan with water.
  • Add in some olive oil
  • Add in hot sauce, chili pepper, and cilantro or whatever spices YOU prefer
  • Add in a big handful of Quinoa
  • Add in broken up pieces of whole wheat spaghetti (about 2 handfuls)
  • Throw in about 2-3 handfuls of broccoli
  • Throw in a handful of chopped bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
  • Throw in 2 chopped of breasts of cooked chicken.
  • Make sure everything is covered in water--might need to add more.
  • Let simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes or until no more water is left in the pan.
