Trail Mix Protein Bars

 

1 cup quick oats

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder

1/3 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup of applesauce

Couple of dashes of baking soda

couple dashes of cinnamon

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 cup unsalted mixed nuts

1 cup unsweetened dried fruit

 

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into a baking dish..lightly sprayed with Pam olive oil spray. And bake in oven at 350* for about 25-30 minutes.
