Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
3 scoops chocolate whey protein
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Bake for about 30 minutes.
I divide the protein bars into individual servings, wrap in foil, and freeze. It's a great on-the-go snack!
