Yummy & Sweet alternative to regular brownies!
**You do need a food processor for this recipe**
A blender might work, but the consistency will be different.
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tbsp cocoa powder...I always add a little extra for more chocolate flavor
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup agave
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Mix all ingredients in food processor, EXCEPT for CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3. Blend very well.
4. Add chocolate chips into mixture
5. pour into greased baking pan
6. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
7. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
