Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup stevia or sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp almond extract
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins
1 can sliced carrots (drained and mashed)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Put into muffin tins (about 2/3 way full)
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
