This smoothie is a great way to get your vitamin C and calcium! It's great as a snack, especially before bedtime.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened mango
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1 cup milk (almond, cow, soy, coconut)
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
