(1/13) REMEMBER GOOD...REMEMBER GOD

By angela coogle

WK 1: YOUR HEART-

DESIRE… GOoD

“The DESIRE of the righteous is only GOOD…”

Proverbs 11:23

WK 2:  BREATHE-

THINK… BEAUTIFUL

“For as he THINKS in his HEART

so is he..”

Proverbs 23:7

WK 3: CONNECT –

BUILD… STRAIGHT

“TEST all things.

HOLD  FAST  to  that which is GOOD. “

 1 Thess. 5:31

WK 4: GROW-

SHARE… LIGHT

Let your

LIGHT so SHINE

before men, that they may see your

GOOD  WORKS and glorify your Father in heaven.  Matthew 5:16

TO KEEP…

we must remember

During 2012, I tried to focus on the thought that

To transform our health,

we must transform our hearts.

  This thought came from Proverbs

“…a tranquil heart is life to the body.”

If you think like me, you may want to consider your heart

transformed …new year…new you…

NEW FOCUS.

But Proverbs 4:23 teaches us …

KEEP your heart with ALL DILIGENCE for out of it springs the ISSUES OF LIFE.

So, to help us with all the issues of life…

we must make diligent ongoing effort to

KEEP A GOOD… BEAUTIFUL… HEART

If we desire a GOOD heart…

we must keep our focus on GOD for

GOD IS GOOD

ALL GOOD THINGS COME FROM GOD

During 2013, it is my hope to encourage each of us to  REMEMBER GOOD ...REMEMBER GOD

By daily…

DESIRing… GOoD

THINKing… BEAUTIFUL

BUILDing… STRAIGHT

SHARing… LIGHT

WHO AM I: I am a wife and mom of 4 kids. Prior to having children, I graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. WHY AM I PASSIONATE ABOUT PILATES: I had a heart full of desire to be the best Christian, wife, mom, daughter, sister, ect... I could be, but after having 4 children within 5 years, I started to suffer from chronic pain, fatigue, and general sense of physcial weakness. My heart was determined but my flesh felt very weak. On my road to recovery, I tried various forms of exercise, but found the Pilates Method to be different. I found it was not just another "exercise class", but a holistic method that taught me how to breathe effectively, connect my core to my movements, and grow stronger and more flexible. Pilates has been part of my path to healing. It is my hope that Pilates can help others heal too, so they can fulfill all God's purposes for their lives with more grace and ease.
