Transform Your Heart…..Transform Your Health

“A tranquil heart is life to the body…”  from Proverbs 14:30

KNOW YOU ARE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE- KNOW THE BEAUTIFUL

THE BEAUTIFUL CARRIES THE  HEART

THE HEART TRANSFORMED  IS A TRANQUIL HEART

A TRANQUIL HEART  IS A HEART FILLED WITH LOVE

LOVE  COMES FROM A

PURE HEART-GODLINESS GUARDED BY ENDURANCE

CLEAR CONSCIENCE-KNOWLEDGE APPLIED THRU SELF-CONTROL

SINCERE FAITH- GOODNESS ROOTED IN FAITH

THE RESULT IS FRUITS OF LOVE

FOR GOD, OTHERS, AND YOURSELF

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always

protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

WK 1: YOUR HEART-

HOLDS THE POWER TO TRANSFORMATION

“A tranquil heart is life to the body, but  envy

is rottenness to the bones”

Proverbs 14: 30

WK 2:  BREATHE-

BE MINDFUL OF YOUR HABITS

“For, where

envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.”  James 3:16

WK 3: CONNECT –

TO YOUR CENTER

“Love is patient,  love is kind;

love does not envy,

it does not boast, it is not proud.”

1 Cor. 13:4

WK 4: GROW-

OPEN AND LIFT YOUR HEART

“But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.”

James 3:17
“

ENVY..

From the online dictionary.com,

“to envy is to feel resentful and unhappy because someone else possesses, or has achieved, what one wishes oneself to possess, or to have achieved.”

Envy left untreated can destroy friendships, families,  lead to war…

and ultimately will destroy the physical and spiritual life of the carrier.

Not to mention the spread of the disease to the next victims.

Proverbs 14:30 says, “A tranquil heart is life to the body, but

ENVY  is ROTTENESS to the BONES”

It grows from discontentment and pride…, “why not me”,

To ENVY, “why you”….

It will distort the truth causing “confusion” in the heart…

to “justify”  rotten actions…

To protect ourselves from  ENVY,

we must strive keep discontentment  and pride out of our heart

by living  with a Heart filled with LOVE..a TRANQUIL HEART!

To have this kind of heart, we must first humble ourselves to see the Truth… understanding that this life is but for a moment

and without the grace of God we are without hope…

If we accept God’s Grace by following Him with sincere faith…

we should then be filled with GRATITUDE  at the great gift we are given!

With gratitude then we will ask “WHY ME?” …an undeserving sinner…

”WHY NOT YOU?”…God’s grace is offered to all,

…resulting in life

from a heart filled with LOVE…

a TRANQUIL HEART

Love Angie

WHO AM I: I am a wife and mom of 4 kids. Prior to having children, I graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. WHY AM I PASSIONATE ABOUT PILATES: I had a heart full of desire to be the best Christian, wife, mom, daughter, sister, ect... I could be, but after having 4 children within 5 years, I started to suffer from chronic pain, fatigue, and general sense of physcial weakness. My heart was determined but my flesh felt very weak. On my road to recovery, I tried various forms of exercise, but found the Pilates Method to be different. I found it was not just another "exercise class", but a holistic method that taught me how to breathe effectively, connect my core to my movements, and grow stronger and more flexible. Pilates has been part of my path to healing. It is my hope that Pilates can help others heal too, so they can fulfill all God's purposes for their lives with more grace and ease.
