had a good breakfast, proteit oatmeal pancakes, with one egg mixed and 1/2 cup milk, topped it with peanut butter, 2 strawberries and 5 blackberries. so yummy!!!!!!! then i made it through spin class but holy moly the sweat keeps dripping, Do you know the more muscle you have the more fat you burn after. hmmmm you say , Its true. we keep burning calories even when we finish our workout. Thats a goal you can try. Push your self a bit more...
Ok so here is an exercise i want you try. get into downward dog position then slowly lower you body down like a push up then press up, your lower body stays the same. repeat 10 times , its tough so be careful. good luck...:)
I came home after a hard workout at Fitness time, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I can't believe how sore I am though, the intake of protein will have to increase. I had talapia,salad wth tomatoes and onions. I was starving but had the pleasure of having my dinner made for me. Yes I am lucky. so back to my workout, yikes this is going to be hard, but I am determiined I might have to up it 45 days. But anyone have feedback they want to give me , feel free to join on in. We all know how tough loosing just a little bit of weight can be , everyone has there issues, whether its time, eating habbits, support from there significant other, or just lazy, sorry I am just being truthful when it comes down to it. . So here is to a good nights sleep I hope and lets see what spin at Fitness time at 9 am will bring. . I am already feeling the soreness.. but i love i.. Hell ya, or shall I say heck ya, for all the appropriate peeps out there. so 1 hour and 10 minutes later I finished my 35 min walk/run session, plus weights. I am trying to go back to my older routine of heavier lifting, Whaaaaaatttt? some will say, why? the answer my dear is that I seem to do better with this training for my body type. I teach 4 classes a week but its not enough especially since Im getting a wee bit older. . I am writing this blog to keep my self accountable. so I guess I should have started Monday , well Zumba rocked my little world, then Tuesday I taught a sculpting class, you might have called it a" holy cow that hurt my booty class" though. Until tonight I will kick some but with my kickboxing, bootcamp, . OH and yes it will be the 2nd workout of the day. :) protien, food, water, rest ahhhhhh
ok so im on the computer of course diddle dalying around. I need to get up so i can workout my over exausted, non sleeping body. Anyone know what that feels like? I am going to move now and put some good sound on and get moving. I hope I can push though an hour of circuit training. I am on a mission to loose about 6 lbs before I am in a bikini everyday. wish me luck on the start of my new journey.
