For most people, they workout to build their vanity muscles: pecs, abs, legs. Although there's nothing wrong with this as I focus on these muscles as well. But let's not forget the most important muscle; the Heart. If this one is weak, how an you do anything else. So show your Heart some love too. Don't just lift weights, get some good cardio in as well. Lifting will help the Heart, but nothing like some good cardio to build that oh so important muscle.
