Exercise

The number 1 reason people look to exercise is for weight loss; however, exercise is more of a weight loss maintenance plan.  Your regular eating habits produce more weight loss than anything else.  Because this blog is about exercise I will not go into what your regular eating habits should be - I will cover than in another blog!

Did You Know...

Air comprises 96% of the body's nutritional need.  This makes total sense when you think about oxygen being the number 1 thing we need to survive.  We can go days without food, water, sunshine, etc, but we can only go minutes (4 to be exact) without air.  That being said exercise is a great way to increase oxygen intake to the cells which NEED it for fuel, our very life!  When we exercise vigorously, note I said vigorously, we began to breathe more heavily & deeply then in turn nourishes our cells which nourish the entire body!  This includes the brain which is why exercise is a mood booster!

Exercise

Toxic Ridding, Energy Producer & Stress Reliever

Exercise helps the body rid of impurities, enhances your outlook on life, aids in digestion & improves circulation.  The body is full of impurities from polluted air, water (through drinking & showering), chemicals on foods we eat, in cleaning products, as well as, in hygiene products - we need all the help we can get to rid ourselves of these impurities.  Note:  cleansing or detoxing is another method that should be used.  When we exercise endorphin's & therefore our outlook on life improves!  Exercise strengthens us, gives us a little pep in our step, less exertion is used & everyday activities become easier!  Improved digestion & circulation means less work on the body - less work means less stress!  See how exercise is a great stress reliever both mentally & physically...?

No Exercise = An Invitation To Disease

The lymph system cannot pump as the heart does.  It relies upon exercise to move waste from cells & vital organs out of the body.

The heart, the most important muscle in the body, cannot effectively & efficiently bring life-giving nutrients to the body without exercise.

Inactivity makes abundant oxygen impossible

Weakened muscles & lungs lead to atrophy which can be a direct path to the nursing home.

Without exercise toxins become backed up in the system clogging pores giving every cell in the body more toxicity to deal with

Vigorous exercise = life more abundant!  It speeds up metabolism which helps burn up excess acidity.

Sadly, the more technology advances the more lazy we become.  We are suffering, at an alarming rate, the consequences that follow the couch potato life.

Funny title I know…but I remember watching a video where children where blindfolded and asked to smell a lemon and then tell what they thought it was.

The response? Furniture Polish!

In our rapid world where we are bombarded with media from all angles, it is any wonder we succumb to the quick-paced technologies of the internet and the digital age.

Sometimes this carries over into our homes where, even with modernity, we still find less time to sometimes even prepare a home-made meal.

I know….I’ve done it before and sometimes still do it…not as often I might add!

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR CHILDREN
There are more organizations that are dealing with Childhood Diseases in this world than ever before! Asthma, Diabetes, Obesity Organizations dealing with the onslaught of our lifestyles.

What does this mean for you?

You will decide whether or not you will have any associations whatsoever with these organizations.

Why?

Because what you feed your child today, will determine where they end up tomorrow!

And where they end up tomorrow, will determine their…..LISTEN….QUALITY OF LIFE!

Let me say it again:

WHAT YOU FEED YOUR CHILD TODAY WILL DETERMINE WHERE THEY END UP TOMORROW….
AND…WHERE THEY END UP TOMORROW WILL DETERMINE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE as a teen, young adult and adult…or even now as a child.
Let’s explore what QUALITY OF LIFE looks like and feels like:

My Last Words
I’m no HEALTH FOOD ANGEL! Yesterday we went out with my extended family for lunch to Hungry Jacks. I don’t demonize JUNK FOOD to my children too much because I believe they have the intuitive guidance to one day make their own choices…actually they do that now as children. I do however, ensure I provide as much healthy food to them now…and boy…do they feel the difference.

Anyway back to Hungry Jacks! My sister asked them “when was the last time you had takeaway?” It took them a while to think as they couldn’t remember the last time we had fast food.

I posted this before, but Jamie shares the importance of educating our children about GOOD HEALTH!

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says: Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives w/in you, Whom you have received (as a gift) from God? You are not your own, you 

were bought w/ a price (purchased w/ a preciousness & paid for, made His own). So then, honor God & bring glory to Him in your body.  
1 of the many ways we bring glory to Him in our body is by nourishing it the way He intended so that we can function optimally! So, as your celebrating do not make food your idol instead bow down to His ways for His ways bring abundant life - health & healing!

OMGosh WAKE UP PEOPLE OF GOD!!! The devil's food is physically DESTROYING the temple - shoot spiritually even (depression, mental illness, autoimmune diseases, ADD, ADHD, etc. is rampant in the children of God & by changing over to the foods that were given us by the One who created us can reverse these chronic illnesses) how can we thrive spiritually & move to do the work of God when we've created a toxic environment in the temple of the Holy Spirit? How can we move to do God's work when we don't feel like moving - we lack energy - we lack memory - we lack joint mobility? How can we produce change when we are unaware or uneducated or even worse uncaring to the TRUTH? More & more Dr's r coming 4ward speaking out on the TRUTH behind r so called food supply - WAKE UP! GET ACTIVE - PROACTIVE - FIGHT!

& whether you've accepted God/Jesus does not change the fact that your temple/body is being destroyed by your dietary choices.
