Exercise

The number 1 reason people look to exercise is for weight loss; however, exercise is more of a weight loss maintenance plan.  Your regular eating habits produce more weight loss than anything else.  Because this blog is about exercise I will not go into what your regular eating habits should be - I will cover than in another blog!

Did You Know...

Air comprises 96% of the body's nutritional need.  This makes total sense when you think about oxygen being the number 1 thing we need to survive.  We can go days without food, water, sunshine, etc, but we can only go minutes (4 to be exact) without air.  That being said exercise is a great way to increase oxygen intake to the cells which NEED it for fuel, our very life!  When we exercise vigorously, note I said vigorously, we began to breathe more heavily & deeply then in turn nourishes our cells which nourish the entire body!  This includes the brain which is why exercise is a mood booster!

Exercise

Toxic Ridding, Energy Producer & Stress Reliever

Exercise helps the body rid of impurities, enhances your outlook on life, aids in digestion & improves circulation.  The body is full of impurities from polluted air, water (through drinking & showering), chemicals on foods we eat, in cleaning products, as well as, in hygiene products - we need all the help we can get to rid ourselves of these impurities.  Note:  cleansing or detoxing is another method that should be used.  When we exercise endorphin's & therefore our outlook on life improves!  Exercise strengthens us, gives us a little pep in our step, less exertion is used & everyday activities become easier!  Improved digestion & circulation means less work on the body - less work means less stress!  See how exercise is a great stress reliever both mentally & physically...?

No Exercise = An Invitation To Disease

The lymph system cannot pump as the heart does.  It relies upon exercise to move waste from cells & vital organs out of the body.

The heart, the most important muscle in the body, cannot effectively & efficiently bring life-giving nutrients to the body without exercise.

Inactivity makes abundant oxygen impossible

Weakened muscles & lungs lead to atrophy which can be a direct path to the nursing home.

Without exercise toxins become backed up in the system clogging pores giving every cell in the body more toxicity to deal with

Vigorous exercise = life more abundant!  It speeds up metabolism which helps burn up excess acidity.

Sadly, the more technology advances the more lazy we become.  We are suffering, at an alarming rate, the consequences that follow the couch potato life.
