Hello All!
So, I hadn't elaborated on my current "own" physical fitness! Just 2 weeks ago, I had surgery done on both feet! Due to my RA, I had to have my big toe on my left foot fused, to keep the deterioration from continuing, and I had all my hardward from my right ankle, taken out! It's been tough having to be laid up for this long, and several more weeks to go. So, like so many others, I've had to come to the realization that I need to take control of what I can at the moment when it comes to my health and wellness. That is my nutrition...and like everyone else, this time of year that can be really tough! Just at the right time, I received my very first Fitness Journal magazine from Idea Fit! So much helpful information! From forming healthy habits, slowly and making them attainable! To wonderful recipes, to quick and easy workouts to squeeze in during the busy-ness of the season! Some things I would like to share that I took away from my reading and that really talked to me at this moment, was to keep your goals small, in order to keep them real and to have a highter success rate! Also, Learn patience! It's a journey, and people fail because they want instant results! Together we can all be successful! Lets strive to "INSPIRE" each other!
