Happy New Year! What's your NYE resolution this year? Does it involve losing weight, getting fit, eating better or maybe preparing for swimsuit season? I'd love to help you create new fitness habits and turn them in to a life style change! One that you can manage daily, that won't get frustrating and force you to give up in the first month! I know the forces that cause one to lose focus, and I can help you stay on track and keep you motivated, to push you outside your box and help you become the BEST you, you can be! I won't lie! It does take discipline, and it can feel like hard work. But together, we can do this! Have as much faith in yourself as I have in you!

All packages are in 4 week increments and will be 1 hour sessions. This will include a 30 minute fitness assessment, nutritional guidance, weigh-ins, measurements and take home assignments!

*If I am traveling to you, depending on the distance, a 1 time travel fee may be requested.
I am continuing to further my knowledge and education in order to meet my clients’ personal needs and requests. I plan to add TRX suspension training, fibromyalgia and exercise, nutrition for health and wellness and kettlebell training.
