It can be difficult when you are not getting the support you not only want but need from home. Do not let this discourage you from your journey to a healthier you. It will be more difficult but if you want it, then you must go for it. When you are healthier you can be more productive not only for yourself but your family, friends and even your job.
Do not feel selfish as you make these changes for yourself, look at it as making those changes for everyone. If you are unhealthy and sick, you are no good to anyone else so why not give yourself more energy, less stress, less sickness and become the super hero that is hiding within!
Did you know that working out one hour a day averages out to 4% of your entire day? Yep, true story! That does not sound so bad now does it?
If you are not getting the support from home, find a friend, a group and/or some type of accountabilty partner. This will help both of you out while pushing and feeding off of eachother. Amp up your game and add some friendly competition. This all will only help improve your health and fitness.
Make it fun, and first and foremost... do it for YOU!
