Just wanted to apologize, it has been alittle while since I have been here. You can tell by the sporadic introductions I have been sending in my newsletter. I am sorry.
Some great stuff has been happening though! Been coming up and carrying out new exercise programs, a few new TRX moves, and learned how to play with some new toys (battling ropes, bands, a landmine, Lebert Equalizers, ViPR's, and Slosh bags! Awesome!!)
We also video-taped a workout I created for all the trainers! i included all the toys, a special trick with the TRX, and some games. The games were an important part. We drone on in the gym, doing similar workouts, no matter how basic, complex, or neccessary they are. Do we laugh during them? So we have a great time? Do we get our heart rate up? Do we do all those all at once? That is why I added the game component. When was the last time you played tag? Chased your friends in a field? Why did we ever stop? But we DID stop! Is it in direct correlation to our health problems and obesity epidemic? Maybe not a direct factor, but I'll bet it plays a direct role!

I am sorry again for not keeping up, as you see I am quite busy. I promise I will make time for you all!
It is not what you can do, it is what you cannot do that is holding you back. Reflect on what you want to do and what is stopping you from doing it. As in life, take that approach to setting your exercise goals and workouts. See if it changes how you workout. Your motivation to doing the exercises as well as the exercises themselves may change. As well as your mindset. Enjoy!
