In 1994, I decided I wanted to be fitness famous. I believed I was the bomb. I created my own line of workout videos on VHS, had a 1 page webpage which took sales, and I was gonna make it BIG! Cause the Internet was NEW and I could sell to anyone now! Not just the people I knew! Crazy enough, some people bought them! I freaked out as I had to dub copies VCR to VCR then print the cover jacket pictures! Yup, all jury rigged.
But reality is, becoming fitness famous and rich doing what you love is a very rare decimal percent.
I became "fitness famous" in a tribe working for a fitness celebrity trainer, who didn't become "famous" herself, really, until the mid 2000s. But even being "famous" filming videos, traveling, presenting at fitness conferences- I was never going to be rich in money. It can wear on you fast if you are only doing it for that reason. Which thankfully I wasn't, cause it's been 15 years and I still stand strong.
But really, to make it BIG, to become RICH in fitness, and to expand your REACH in your ability to inspire, motivate, and teach is limited.
If you haven't looked into or considered aligning yourself up with a major fitness company so you can use that as a vehicle to MAKE it BIG, consider it. It's pretty much a guaranteed way to achieve what you are looking for.

The path I was on was never gonna make me a millionaire. Thankfully this path came my way, and insane as it is to type...I became one in just 3 years and my reach to impact people's lives is limited to how much I put myself out there.

I get asked this question all the time: "What can I do for exercise now that I'm pregnant?" or "Can I keep working out?"
The first answer to any of these questions is of course to get the A-OK from your doctor. Never assume or push the limit.
I have worked out through 2 pregnancies and had 2 C-sections. I'm a rule follower as well, so I waited the 8 weeks post C-section before I started back up in my workouts. I didn't want to go back early and risk tearing, and have a bigger set back. Don't rush that time in your life with your new baby.
With both pregnancies, I was able to continue doing what I was doing before, and exercised right up to the day of delivery. I taught Turbo Kick, Hip Hop, PiYo, and lifted weights. I presented certifications for Chalene Johnsoncompany up through 6 months (after that, it just wasn't any fun for me)
