Even if hunger diminishes once you start working out, if your fuel tank is on empty and you rev up the engine, your body will demand more fuel in the form of glucose and fatty acids from the blood. If more fuel is not available, the body will break down muscle proteins. What's more, by driving your body into a deeper energy defecit, you'll be more likely to get famished and binge later.

A successful cocrrective-exercise program includes self-myofascial-release (SMR) exercises at the beginning and throughout the program as needed. Once you have adequately prepared the soft-tissue structures, you can progress to stretching and, further still, to strengthening exercises.

Well, woke up with an awful cold. However, my chest is not congested, I do not have a fever, chills, am not dehydrated, or have any other cold ailment from the neck down, therefore, I will continue to exercise. It will be low key though. I need my body to have energy to fight this thing. It better kick fast......long run tomorrow!!!!
