Loving progress, Goals, Family time, and getting the ugly done.
Beauty Day: Me + baby = Love (care for body and soul) The little thing that comfort me. Today. :)
Hair mask. Face mask. lip scrub. Sugar body scrub.
Beauty Home: Clean home + Family = Fun (family fun time/ relaxed mind)
Yoga: Free + body = health internal (calming)
On my white fuzzy rug with candles a cute oufit and not forgetting nature music sounds:)
Nutrition: Vitality + information = Clarity (spirt energized)
Fuel the soul and skin:) and BABY for proper growth not just in size but his mind and all his connecting internal organs trying to give optimality physical prosperity and robustness;) = a tuff lil boy
As I re-read this I tear up.. because a mothers only request: Is health for their baby from the deepest pit of their soul and so the fear of pregnacy settles in from time to time. Prayers and healthy actions take place and calmness settle in.
Been working on nutrition. Going on all natural foods very minimal processed foods. My light bulb is my current pregnancy.
I have been very sick with the fun and only morning sickness and nothing helped! Ive read all the O try this, try that for it! Nope! Don’t work.
When you are unable to eat on top of hormonal sky rocketing and exploding in your body you get very disconnected with pretty much everything. So recovery is on the horizon. On top of it all finding out I'm pregnant and husband relocating job. A very interesting January 2017. Happy New Year! With a bang.
Had plans to compete in bikini division this year. But its all good. The focus is nurturing my body that natures my tiny growing baby.
So we have moved from California to New Mexico now. I am out of shape breathing wise and the climate elevation don't help.
Excited to experiment with nutrition!

Plans for the New Year has been on most of our minds. I know it has been on for mua. How can we make it a better place? Our love lives with everything, the world, family, work, fitness, health, ect. How do we improve?
With in the next days plans of true inner searching for goal planning will be comming into plan. Yea, Sir:>)
Up and early! Protein Shake down. Normally lack protein goals last couple weeks. Looking to get work done around the house and prepare for a busy week ahead! preped foods yesterday so thats check! just get workouts in! And School Work done! Must write lesson plans for my son. And practice my new fitness formats that added to my skills!!!
No coffee yet! while preping food yesterday almost made a fesh pot but nope.

So WOW! Starting from last Saturday rested then Sunday went to a fulls day training of BOlly x and today a fulls day of PIYO training. FUn FUN! SO just got home shower is running. Ill be back for more updates. HaPPY END of the week!

Yes, Im trying to quit drinking coffee for a little. My coffee consumption has gotten out of control. Starbucks Example of my coffee consumption: Venti Iced coffee with 2-3 add shots with a side of coconut milk/ no sugar. Could be do to homeschooling. Wink. Great thanks to all educators to our youth!
So I have been saying I will stop drinking coffee because Ive noticed that I have been craving it and consuming more and more amounts with out taking in consideration of my previous H20 levels. The reason I did not write for my new blog was due to a massive head ache probably due to not having any coffee yesterday, Yay! Defiantly not yay to the head ache.
So the other night I put my tiny black and chrome coffee maker away and replaced it with my Keurig, and placed my new/old box of mint tea close by.
My husband makes me coffee in the morning before he goes to work. Thanks love!. But Ive switched it up and had got it ready for him, smiles. And so that concluded back to the night pounding head ache. I have set myself up for success eliminating the the source of the problem for me at this moment.

So today included to daily duties of mother hood! Cleaning, cooking and back again. Teaching and also trying to study for the ACE Health Coach CERT. Husband, got ill last night may be that horrid candy he only had 2. As a result he came home early from work and rested up. Bummer vibes. Get well soon hubbs.
Nutrition Goals Going well. I did not log but soon as I'm done Creating my Blog post:) Ill do the logging. I log my food Through My Fittness Pal app. Its great for macro logging and Calorie goals.
And so what I'm Soo excited about is the Bodybuilding.com Spokesmodel Search For 2017 has opened!! Im a Fan!

So Im going to eat a bowl of greens! Teaching a class tommorow. One of my motivations to eat healthy;)
