Remember you can not out exercise a bad diet. If you want to change your body you have to start from the inside. Exercise alone won't do it. You can exercise six days a week but if you are not putting nutritious foods into your body it is not going to change. You will be like a hamster on a wheel going round and round but not getting anywhere. Eating good whole nutritious foods and exercise will change your body on the inside and you will see the results on the outside.
