ACL is shot and the meniscus is torn. I am looking at surgery at this point to get those things fixed. Thinking about a new business venture of making knee braces to match my running outfits...any takers? Which leads me into what I alway mention in my posts: find alternatives ways to exercise. I can bike (my husband got me a new bike for Christmas) so I can do that. Other than Zumba I can teach the other classes. Swimming I may do more of as well...oh no, triathlons in the future?
