I have several part time jobs in addition to fitness; one of them involves 3 hours on my feet, filling snack orders and prepping food for a local elementary school. Just standing and moving about is a work out and exercise, esp. if the majority of the day is being at a desk or at the computer. So find more ways to stand up and walk around, this may be the first step to losing a couple of pounds and feeling good about yourself!
