Control This workout takes the spine to a new approach working 3 D and with the whole spinal motions repertoire (Flexion, Extension , Rotation and diagonal motions) In this workout we are not mimic animals because each animal has a unic spinal cord or not and we pay care full attention on how the posture has all the muscular imbalances and pains nowadays!
