Again, I find myself communicating on functional training. I participated in to a past technical communication course and gave a demonstration on functional fitness training. This is basically personal training that regards personal functionality as main component of a fitness regimen for a client of specificity. So, does this mean that a person that is elderly, disabled, sedentary or fighting disease is the only possibility for this type of training? No, what this means is a trainer must identify the functional components of a client’s life to compose a training regimen for that specific client. To add, trainers must seek to know complimentary exercise, stretching, diet, and resting that is within reach of a client. The client may be able perform many portions of the trainers regimen, but may lack benefiting greatly from the entire regimen without corresponding to a client’s functional life components. Therefore making exercise regimens complimentary to the entirety of a client’s functional lifestyle will greatly benefit the client.
