I have decided to set up a fitness testing day for my clients, the trick is to find a day when most can attend.
I want to have more measurable readings to compare their improvement other than body weight and body fat. So far the tests I am considering are:
Hand Grip Strength (dynometer)
Body Fat (Bio-impedance device)
Modified Bleep test
This I hope will become a quarterly event.
