1. You Have Acne
Your skin says a lot about your health, and if your skin has acne, it might be because your body is unable to tolerate some of the foods that you are consuming on a regular basis. For example, dairy, in particular, which has bovine hormones, can lead to breakouts. This is the result of your body’s immune system responding with inflammation to a substance that shouldn’t be in your body. Therefore, you may want to stop consuming milk products, such as regular milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream, and instead switch to plant-based options.
2. Your Muscles and Your Joints Ache
When you consume the wrong foods and inflammation occurs within your body, it can affect the way that you feel. If you are experiencing joint and muscle aches, you might have a food intolerance. The aches are caused by inflammation that is the result of increases in insulin levels from foods your body can’t tolerate. Studies have found that depressed people are often dealing with some kind of food intolerance. Again, the wrong foods will create chronic inflammation, or a chronic state of being unwell, and that could lead to mood changes and feelings of depression and anxiety.
5. You Feel Tired
If you find that you can’t ever seem to get enough energy, it could be because you are eating foods that do not agree with your body. If your body is unable to digest the foods that you eat and derive the necessary nutrition from them, you will end up feeling tired all the time.
