I am coming home for a visit!!!!!!!! August 17th-27th I will be staying with my mom. I hope to see some of you if you are still going to Trashmore YMCA. I was going to stop by the Y either one of the Mondays or Thursdays I am there to see anyone!

Good luck!!! Whoever finishes first with one of these exercises wins! Bragging rights! If you are feeling frisky....do more than one exercise. But each exercise you choose has to be 250-300 reps in order to be complete!
Just wanted to fill everyone in that we finally made it to Seattle! Got into the area about 2/3 days agos. What a stinkin drive! In the process of house hunting so i can get my kids into school. then i look for a job!! I will keep you posted!!! Keep up your workouts you all!!!!!!

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the great memories at the YMCA. I will miss teaching and training you all....and just being the best leader I can be. I hope the tools and education I taught you regarding your exercise and nutrition will continue to help you in the future. I will continue my fitness page and everything that comes with it. I hope you continue reading my blogs, completing any challenges that I give, and of course read my monthly newsletters. Wish me luck in Seattle and lets keep in touch!

just an fyi...all my Thursdays are now as follows for classes:
6:05-6:25/Abs and More (a butts and guts class)
*This class schedule above replaces my Thursday Strength and Tone, and Ab lab classes. Kickboxing is still the same. All my other classes (monday, tuesday and friday classes) are still the same.
*Also remember to keep up trainings. I also am a Y change coach (have been for years)..hold morning and evening sessions every 6 weeks.
