It's been awhile since I posted anything here. I've been very busy with work and many of life's other responsibilities. One thing that has remained consistent is my own workout ethic. That ethic is something I wish to continue to bring to members of the community. It is my belief that any person of any age can fit in some sort of effective exercise into their day's routine. If you only have 20 minutes of spare time, you can get a tremendous amount of exercise in that time. If you are someone like me you will do that on your own almost everyday of the week. If you are someone who would rather use that time to veg out in front of the tube or eat a snack that you know you shouldn't have, maybe it's time to seek out a professional on how you can be more healthy. That's where a personal trainer comes into play. I want to be an available resource for advice, motivation, and education.
