Well I am now in week 3 of the program. I have lost 5 pounds and seem to be getting stronger. I have really been good on my "diet" of 1700 calories a day. In two weeks I go on my family cruise for 7 days. That ought to shake things up!!
I am going to start training someone for their first sprint triathlon. I am looking forward to working with her on her strength training and bricks. The Heartland Triathlon is in June and I am the volunteer coordinator. We need at least 200 people for this event. I am asking everyone that is breathing if they want to help! We have a two day event. On Saturday it is for the kids and on Sunday it is for the adults.
