One of my favorite sayings "Excuses are Endless". When I was trying to come up with a name for my fitness studio, a few people told me to call it "Excuses are Endless", which shows you how often I use that line.
Well, I have now begun to say that to myself. With the holidays, my grandson's surgery, having allergies, etc., I have been slacking. So back to the grind. I woke up at 5:00 am today to do my strength training. Tomorrow is cardio!
A good balance is 2 days strength, one day rest in between, and at least 3 days cardio.
I must say, I have more energy today and my mood is a little better! Try it, I know it will make a difference in your life!
