Greetings fellow "functionaloligists"!
I've just been contacted to sub for this weekends Total Gym GRAVITY Foundation course in San Diego, CA. It's a two day comprehensive workshop designed to teach fitnss pros how to teach private, semi-private and small group personal training using the versatile Total Gym GTS. The workhop is loaded with 1.6 CEC's and will qualify you to teach GRAVITY in health clubs, anywhere!
Hope to see you there,
Thanks to the masterminds at IDEA, we can now share our geeky conversations with the rest of the world. Wether you're a friend, colleague or just someone curious about human motion, please feel free to pose questions or comments regarding health and human motion that you have often pondered but were afraid to ask! I would also like to encourage thought provoking, out-of-the-box discussions that raise eyebrows and foster our imagination to better understand human biomechanics! Let's start with a little controversy! What are your thoughts on the curved sole shoes that companies like MBT or Sketcher are offering the general public?
